You’ll love what you do and take pride in driving excellence for the Collection
- You will be responsible for providing the business analysis that will support decision-making, identify underlying drivers of performance and strengthen business strategies
- Collect, analyse and present key insights & tailored recommendations working in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Report on Commercial performance on a weekly & monthly basis and conduct deep-dive analysis where needed, working closely with the broader Commercial Team – Digital, Contact Centre, Sales and Revenue Management-.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure optimal use of the systems & data accuracy
- Drive best practices and standardisation of reporting across the Commercial department
- Help define an F&B Reporting strategy to support the identification of revenue and profitability opportunities (outlets & banqueting performance, targets, menu engineering...)
- Produce and contribute to presentations to and for the Executive team and the Board
