You’ll love what you do and take pride in the day to day. As a People Systems Lead you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical queries from end users across People Systems, including Talentsoft, LEX (Axonify), Workday Peakon, and DC Legends (Reward Gateway).
- Maintain and enhance all People Systems, including day-to-day data management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Own vendor relationships for all People systems platforms, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs and contracts.
- Manage system access controls, ensuring secure and compliant user permissions across platforms.
- Onboard and train new People & Culture team members on systems, processes, and best practices across Recruitment, Performance, Learning & Development and Engagement.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training guides, and user documentation to support system adoption and ensure consistency in processes and updates.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system releases and updates, ensuring robust, user-friendly outcomes.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to improve user experience, system effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Scope, configure, and support the roll-out of new systems, including coordination with hotel teams during transitions.
- Collaborate with hotel teams on new payroll systems and ensure seamless integrations with our core People System-Talentsoft.
- Lead global initiatives such as bi-annual engagement surveys, managing pre-launch prep, live data support, and post-survey data analysis.
- Oversee the launch of annual performance reviews, working closely with the Dorchester Collection Academy to ensure accurate setup and data integrity.
- Provide technical and functional support for global campaigns including Your View, Your Plan, and DC Legends.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance, conducting regular audits across all People Systems in line with company policies.
- Own data analytics and reporting post-campaign (Your View, Your Plan), including turnover and employee statistics.
- Coordinate change management efforts, ensuring timely communication, engagement, and input from key stakeholders across all initiatives.
