What you'll do
The Studio Manager will support the Head of Creative by managing the day-to-day operations, production processes and workflow of the Creative Studio, ensuring all output meets the exceptional standards of Dorchester Collection. Additionally, the Creative Studio Manager will act as the operational backbone of the studio—driving efficiency, clarity and world-class delivery across global brand touchpoints.
- Oversee and manage Creative Department Operations, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring smooth workflow and timely, high-quality delivery across all brand touchpoints.
- Identifying risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or workflow issues including resource planning, capacity, scheduling and workflow for design, art direction and copy.
- Triage incoming briefs, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build strong relationships and maintain seamless communication between Creative, Communications, Digital, our hotels and their partners, and external contractors to optimise collaboration and processes.
- Manage contracts and bookings for freelancers and specialist creative talent, maintaining a premium roster aligned to brand values.
- Lead weekly status meetings to track progress, priorities and upcoming deadlines.
- Support creative leads with workload planning, timelines, resourcing, annual leave and team wellbeing.
- Manage project timelines, scope, deliverables and budget tracking, ensuring all creative work is delivered on time and on brief, alongside timeline reviews, approvals and sign-off
- Coordinate end‑to‑end production across photography, film, stills, video, editorial, social and digital campaigns, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards.
- Ensure all final assets are delivered in the correct formats for digital, print, OOH, paid media and global hotel use
- Oversee all invoicing, POs, budget tracking and financial reconciliation for the creative studio, ensuring we remain within sets budgets.
- Source and support the Head of Creative in liaising with luxury-sector photographers, directors, DOPs, stylists, casting agents, set designers, retouchers, printers and premium production partners.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, usage rights, licensing terms and talent agreements, ensuring all contracts meet legal and compliance standards.

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge, with a work from home day on Fridays.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a creative operations, studio management or production management role within a luxury brand, hospitality group, design studio or creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing and visual storytelling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and rationale to senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating shoots and working with premium-level creative partners.
- Confident budget manager with experience in estimates, reconciliation, POs, usage rights and licensing.
- Highly skilled in project management—scheduling, workflows, approvals and delivery across multiple stakeholders. Experience using project management tools like Click Up is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a rigorous approach to accuracy, specifications and rights management.
- Strong organisational capability and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships to navigate a smooth collaboration across international hotel teams and creative suppliers.
- Passionate about creativity and delivering world-class brand experiences.
