• As Bellman you’ll assist guests during their stay, helping with luggage, providing transport around the city, and communicate your expert knowledge on the hotel facilities and local area.

• As our Doorman, you will provide all passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel.

• As a Driver you must have a valid car driver license and multiple years of driving experience

• As Rooms professional you will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Relationship driven. Excellent knowledge of the use of technology.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will have a relevant professional qualifications or hotel school diploma and bring wealth of past experience working in similar capacity for luxury hotels for at least 2-3 years.
