You will be responsible for to complete day to day proactive check list with IT/Telecoms equipment tasks AM – PM. This will include: Action on all email and telephone requests regarding IT/Telecoms tasks (hardware and software), troubleshooting all IT/Telecom devices issues or installing new devices all to ensure all staff equipment is working well and our guests receives nothing but the best experience.- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving IT/Telecoms equipment setup for events, junkets, telephones check ins, room to room dialing, setting up Fax machine lines and help on special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our IT/Telecoms Assistant.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Regional IT/Telecoms Assistant, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
These currently set as:
