What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
- Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Guest Relations Hostess, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- You will act as the main point of contact for all guests visiting Riviera on the Beach, creating a warm, genuine, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- You will anticipate guest needs, personalize each interaction, and ensure all moments are memorable, reflecting the Dorchester Collection standards of luxury and hospitality.
- You’ll maintain an active presence across all guest areas, supporting the operations team in delivering an effortless service flow and consistent guest satisfaction.
- You’ll handle guest feedback and special requests with empathy and efficiency, always ensuring a positive outcome and follow-up.
- You’ll build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, ensuring recognition and personalized experiences.
- You’ll also collaborate with the Beach Club Management team to support special events, guest activations, and service excellence initiatives.
- Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
- You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.
- You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

What you'll bring

- You’ll have a natural talent for connecting with people and creating memorable moments for our guests.
- You’ll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
- You’ll have strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- You’ll be confident, approachable, and able to handle guest inquiries or feedback gracefully.
- You’ll have a solid understanding of service standards and guest expectations in luxury hospitality.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
- You will have a relevant extensive experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants preferably in the Middle East.
