What you'll do

As a Duty Manager you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

·         You will be reporting to the Reception Manager and will be responsible guiding and inspiring the Host team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.

·         You'll have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guest’s concierge services, therefore you will have the ultimate London knowledge and well-established relationships that will offer our guests the very best of what should have their notice.

·         Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each day. As a Duty Manager you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a 5* hotel as a Duty Manager
  • Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
  • Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to deal with guest complaints calmly and professionally
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Opera and Microsoft knowledge
