A day in the life of our Building Services Assistant / Handyman demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. - Our Building Services Assistant is responsible for checking all temperatures, running amps, pressures and recording these on log sheets for the Building Services Engineer during their day. This will include reporting all defects immediately to the Building Services Engineer all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- To clean all roof drains and gullies in accordance with maintenance schedules as well as cleaning the exterior roof light fittings and lamps in accordance with maintenance procedures. Our Building Services Assistant also helps to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the engineering workshops and carry out any maintenance related tasks as directed by the Building Services Engineer.
