You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for maintaining the Pool and Wellness Areas at One at Palm Jumeirah while delivering an attentive, welcoming, and refined service, ensuring our residents and their families always enjoy a seamless and consistently luxurious wellness experience.
• You’ll also prepare, open, and close the pool and wellness areas, assist with beverage service, and set up and break down sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the day. Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to create memorable and relaxing moments for our residents and their families.

• This role is physically active and highly guest‑facing, requiring you to remain present, polished, and attentive throughout the shift, including standing and walking for extended periods, working across indoor and outdoor wellness areas, and supporting set‑up and service tasks in a warm environment.

• You’ll bring your positive energy, professional presence, and passion for luxury wellness and service to the role and the Residences team.
• You have a talent for creating relaxed, welcoming environments, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation, and delivering thoughtful service with consistency and care.
• You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, resort, wellness, or residential environment.
• Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute positively to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
• You are well‑organized, adaptable, and detail‑focused, able to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team.
• English is the primary language used at One at Palm Jumeirah. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
