What you'll do

As a Events Coordinator, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Our Events Coordinator  will ensure efficient billing of events and groups, providing guests with accurate invoices in a timely and efficient manner 
    You will be  responsible to facilitate smooth and effective communication between the accounts department and event managers and act as a support to the Event Manager team with administrative tasks.
  • You will conduct effective guest research to enable the team to better understand our clients and partners as well as create and publish all daily events and appointment listings to the wider hotel.
  • You will be able to confidently handle enquiries that come in over the phone or walk in to an Event Manager, manning the events coordinator inbox and sending enquiries and look after internal events

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

 

  • High level understanding of the luxury hotel market with relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, Microsoft office, Trust, IDeaS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic.
