As an Area Guest Intelligence Manager you will love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- As our Area Guest Intelligence Manager you will be responsible to drive strategic system understanding to accomplish guest centric operations.
- You will ensure our internal guest profile system is used correctly and provide business process direction, and recommendations for more effective system utilisation.
- You will be responsible for providing local and regional coaching and training to Guest Profile System Champions and new starters.
- You will lead, drive and test new systems configurations, maintain the systems cleanliness and ensure all data protection legislation are followed and lead all hotel Guest Profile system related projects.
- As our Area Guest Intelligence Manager you will work closely with our Performance Improvement Manager, IT team, HODs and Global Guest Intelligence community.
