Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Chef De Partie Pasticceria o Demichef De Partie Pasticceria 
Nel tuo ruolo di Chef De Partie Pasticceria o Demichef de partie a Pasticceria assisterai il Pastry Chef nella gestione delle attività quotidiane e ti assicurerai che gli ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di preparare e realizzare dessert, prodotti di pasticceria e mise en place della partita, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel, della gestione e organizzazione della propria sezione (ingredienti, semilavorati, tempistiche di produzione).
Controllerai qualità delle preparazioni e presentazione dei piatti prima del servizio preparare i piatti del menù, verificherai il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulirai e riassetterai l’area di lavoro, e rispetterai le norme di igiene, sicurezza e HACCP.
Sarai responsabile della comunicazione con tutti Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, collaborerai con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Assistere l’Head Chef del Ristorante “La Terrazza” nella gestione delle attività quotidiane e assicurare che gli ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Preparare i piatti del menù, verificare il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare l’area di lavoro, e rispettare le norme di igiene, sicurezza e HACCP.
Essere responsabili della comunicazione con tutti Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:

Seguire le direttive del Restaurant Manager e dei Maître nella gestione delle attività quotidiane legate al servizio all’interno del nostro ristorante Il Giardino e assicurare che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Curare il servizio in sala per la parte breakfast, lunch e/o dinner.
Controllare e rimpiazzare i tavoli.
Comunicare con gli altri Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Tirocinante per la nostra Accoglienza nei ristoranti

Sarai responsabile di accogliere gli/le ospiti nei nostri Outlet nel corso della giornata e di assicurarti che ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di supportare i colleghi e le colleghe nelle operazioni del reparto, nel prendere le prenotazioni, uniformandoti alle istruzioni ricevute dal/la Responsabile del reparto in termini di pricing e di assicurarti che il passaggio di consegne al turno successivo sia eseguito secondo le procedure in atto;

I tirocini hanno normalmente una durata di 6 mesi, tuttavia possiamo valutare anche periodi più brevi.
I tirocini extracurriculari (rivolti a disoccupati e inoccupati) sono retribuiti con un compenso di 800 € lordi mensili, in conformità alla normativa vigente.
I tirocini curriculari (previsti dal piano di studi e obbligatori per il conseguimento di una certificazione da parte della scuola o università di riferimento) non sono retribuiti.

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a 1° Maitre Il Giardino Ristorante - contratto di sostituzione

Riporterai al Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager e sarai responsabile indirizzare il lavoro degli Chef de Rang, Demichef de rang e dei commis, assicurandoti che abbiano chiare le loro responsabilità e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di gestire la clientela, dall'accoglienza, alle comande, al servizio al tavolo e di tutte le attività quotidiane legate al servizio all’interno del nostro ristorante Il Giardino.
In sinergia con l’F&amp;B Manager e il Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager contribuirai alle strategie di upselling e revenue management, monitorando le performance di vendita.
Sarai inoltre responsabile della gestione di turni, ordini, stock e inventari, del rispetto delle normative HACCP e della corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Tirocinante presso la Pasticceria del nostro Hotel

Sarai responsabile di assistere la brigata nella gestione delle attività quotidiane legate alla Pasticceria nel corso della giornata e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di preparare in anticipo il cibo, le bevande, il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare la propria area di lavoro e preparare i piatti del menù.
Sarai responsabile della comunicazione con gli altri Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, di collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.
Sarai inoltre responsabile del rispetto delle normative HACCP e della corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.

You will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the host/security team to ensure all operational and safety procedures are always followed.
Maintain a strong visible presence across the property while ensuring guests and residents receive exceptional service.
Coordinate incident response procedures, including emergencies, accidents, fire alarms and evacuation protocols.
Monitor security systems, CCTV operations and access control procedures to maintain the safety of the property.
Support investigations, incident reporting and conflict resolution professional and confidentially
Work closely with Duty Mangers and operational departments to minimize risks and ensure smooth day to day operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or security concerns.
Ensure compliance with local laws, health &amp; safety regulations and company policies always.
Train, motivate and mentor team members to uphold Dorchester Collection standards and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records, logs and reports related to incidents, shift activities and operational matters.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and any challenge that may arise during the day.
Supervise the bar team, coach and train new staff, manage rotas, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
Help control budgets, manage stock levels, oversee ordering, and work towards achieving sales targets and profit margins.
Ensure adherence to licensing laws, health &amp; safety regulations, and company policies
Act as the person in charge during the Bar Manager's absence, overseeing all aspects of the bar.
Drive the team in menu innovation, promotional events, and long-term business planning.
You’ll act as a mentor, identifying training needs and implementing plans to ensure every team member master’s the "art of service" from complex mixology to sophisticated wine, champagne and food service.
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Schedule staff efficiently to meet business needs while maintaining labour cost controls.
Stay updated with the latest F&amp;B trends.
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Drive marketing activation along with the Bar Manager.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

You will be responsible for checking, coaching, and communicating clearly with the housekeeping team. You will be aware of our guests' needs, intuitive, flexible during their day and with a keen eye for detail. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, moving furniture, collection of supplies, deep cleaning of guest rooms and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Housekeeping Supervisor.
 
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Housekeeping Supervisor, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:
 Monday to Sunday: starting as early as 7am and last shift finishes at 23.00pm when covering the evening floor supervisor shift&lt;br /&gt;

You will be responsible for the protection of the Company’s property from loss or damage as well as providing a safe and secure environment for its guests and colleagues.
You will be responsible for FLHSS (Fire, Life, Health, Safety, and Security) of the hotel adhering to our set company rules and regulation standards. This includes review on protective and preventative security measures that ensures our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Recording all relevant incidents in the Occurrence Book, conduct regular patrols of the building, records hazard and communicate  findings for action in compliance particular to Risk Assessment strategies
Ensuring that CCTV / work-related security and surveillance systems are professionally operated at all times when assigned and to relay all pertinent information to relevant stakeholders or Area Director of Security
You will be convergent of, and comply with, safe working practises as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Company H &amp; S Manual, as applicable to your place of work.
Conducts random audits in all departments to ensure the policy on key control, Lost and Found processes and adhered to security Code of Practice
