As our Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll get first-hand experience in working in a finance department of a global luxury brand. You will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities across the Corporate Finance department. In this role, you will:
Be responsible for reporting and analysing global hotel results and to ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with statutory legislation and accounting standards.
You’ll also assist with month/year end results process flow, including consolidation and high-level summaries.

In this role, you’ll also be responsible for:Support group‑level budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes by maintaining models, templates and system inputs.
Administer and safeguard the integrity of all financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, reporting platforms), ensuring compliance, security, and user access control.
Lead ongoing system configuration, maintenance, upgrades and version testing to keep DC’s financial systems stable, secure, and optimised.
Own Finance master data governance (chart of accounts, reporting structures, mapping tables) and ensure consistent financial information across all DC entities.
Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of enhancements in collaboration with IT and hotel finance teams.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage ticket resolution, and escalate to IT/vendors where required.
Deliver training, onboarding and guidance to system users to uplift the finance system capability across the DC group.
Support auditors with evidence, system documentation, control demonstrations, and data extracts.

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role is based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge, with one day working from home on Fridays.&lt;br /&gt;

Our reservations specialists are responsible for assisting guests with their enquiries about reservations for all the hotels of the collection. This will include process all bookings via telephone and email and follow up activities related to reservation aspects, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement, to address any special requests our guests might have to the relevant department but also, in order to ensure an alignment between the Global Contact Centre and our hotels.
Prioritization is another key skill: our reservation specialists are multitasking and are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment in order to meet time of response targets and ultimately meet our stakeholders expectations.

Ensuring that CCTV / work-related security and surveillance systems are professionally operated at all times when assigned and to relay all pertinent information to relevant stakeholders or Area Director of Security
You will be convergent of, and comply with, safe working practises as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Company H &amp; S Manual, as applicable to your place of work.
Conducts random audits in all departments to ensure the policy on key control, Lost and Found processes and adhered to security Code of Practice

The Graduate Programme is a dynamic opportunity underpinned around our ‘We Care’ culture designed to fast-track you in achieving a supervisory role upon completion of the programme. During the programme you will work in one of our world renowned hotels and will be supported by our senior leaders, to develop the technical and behavioural skills aligned to becoming a hospitality specialist.
During your time as a Graduate, you will also gain exposure of an array of training material delivered by our Learning &amp; Development team, supported through our Dorchester Collection Learning Academy. You will have the opportunity to work across our Dorchester Collection UK hotel and have 3 options to choose from: based in the town at The Dorchester or 45 Park Lane, based in the country at Coworth Park or our extended 18 month programme, based in the town &amp; country with accommodation support provided.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Depending on your choice of programme you will complete a 12 months (two six-month rotations) in an operational role in our rooms divisions or 18 months (two nine months rotation) in operational role in our rooms divisions in both Town &amp; Country.
Curate individual guest experiences through your vibrant personality and expertise, as our guests trust that you are informed and able to enhance their experience.
Connect with our Senior Leadership team through mentorship from the Executive Committee for networking, support and guidance to become a legendary leader.
Partner with our L&amp;D team for regular 1-2-1, training and workshops to develop you into a highly skilled leader to lead and motivate teams to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
Participate in a variety of taskforce opportunities across Dorchester Collection and events such as Chelsea Flower Show and Royal Ascot.
Attend Finance and Revenue (budget and P&amp;L), Sales, People &amp; Culture, Corporate office and guest experience sessions as learning is the forefront of each Dorchester Collection hotel.
Work on specific industry and development projects including a personal focus and business focus project.
Attend a trip to Switzerland where you will receive a Global Management Certificate in Leading and Embracing Organizational Change from Swiss Education Group.
Work your way up from operational front line role to a supervisory role and graduate into a fulltime permanent position at one of our three hotels&lt;br /&gt;
