Listing all of the tasks that our  accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know. 

• Our Banquet Servers are responsible for completing all reasonable tasks assigned to by the Director of Banquets and Assistant Director of Banquets during their day. This will include servicing all functions including plated, buffet, silver served or VIP meals, coffee breaks, benefits, theme parties, wedding, receptions, etc., ensuring all tables and chairs are set and the function room is clean and neat prior to leaving for the shift, all condiments and food and beverage items have been returned to the kitchen, skirts and props go back to the banquet storerooms and maintaining a clean, neat and organized work area to guarantee our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specialty drinks, amenities, food allergies and/or special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Banquet Servers. 

• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Banquet Servers are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Banquet Servers must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Banquet Servers are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel or crouch. Ability to stand for long periods (more than 8 hours). The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Internal Team &amp; Payroll Support
• Support internal culinary team members with administrative requests including vacation submissions and attendance notices.

• Upload schedules in Ontrack, monitor Paycom and communicate with payroll to assist in resolving pay discrepancies.

Luxury Standards &amp; Cross‑Departmental Collaboration
• Identify, report, and assist in correcting service imperfections to uphold luxury hotel standards.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain operational excellence.

• Communicate proactively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and seamless operations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Our Stewards are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dishes, flatware, pots and pans and prep areas during their day. This will include scraping food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand and/or placing them in racks or in conveyor to dishwashing machine.

• Washes pots, pans, kitchen tools and trays, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, banquet service areas and hallways to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving kosher dishes, specific preparation and set-up of items and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Stewards. 

• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Stewards are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Stewards must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

SUMMARY:  The Senior Accounting Manager directly supervises: Income Auditor and the General Cashier

•  Partner with the Hotel Controller, senior financial leadership, and hotel management to align operational needs with financial requirements

•  In partnership with senior finance leaders, ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and complete as required by senior corporate office and owners (to DSL and DGL)

• Help instill and ensure a strong internal control environment that protects the assets and resources of our organization. Provide all stakeholders timely and accurate financial statements.

• Support the Hotel Controller to satisfy other governmental reporting requirements

• Partner with the Hotel Controller, senior finance leaders and hotel operations to ensure that they continually perform to expectations, managing payroll cost and expense with a focus on guest centric initiatives and guest satisfaction

• Help lead and drive the Monthly P&amp;L and Financial Statement preparation (monthly standard journal entries and correcting entries), in partnership with the Hotel Controller and senior finance leaders

• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner and review with the Hotel Controller

• Support the Hotel Controller and Director of Finance during the Annual audits including financial audit, 401K audit and any others that may arise in the course of business from tax authorities

• Monthly reconciliation of the capital purchases, approved projects in progress, and future planning for projects to come

Listing all of the tasks that our PM Room Attendants accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

• Our room attendants are responsible for caring for a specific number of rooms during their day. This will include cleaning and organization of everything in the room and a part of the room. Including: Maintaining complete knowledge of and complying with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards; anticipating guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day; being familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas; using correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements; cleaning guest rooms by category priority; transporting cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely; servicing assigned guest rooms;  replacing all in-room amenities in correct amount and location and inspecting items in the room as well as the room condition and reporting all discrepancies to leadership.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving their linen, amenities, furniture set up and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our  room attendants. 

• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our room attendants are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

• Communication is what keeps our departments in synch. Our room attendants must communicate with all departments in order to ensure the alignment remains.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our PM Room Attendants are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The physical ability to stand and or walk continuously. The physical ability to occasionally climb on a ladder to heights in excess of 12’. The physical ability to frequently crouch, push/pull, squat and work above the shoulders during the performance of the daily job routine. The physical ability to use both hands for continuous grasping, fine manipulation. The physical ability to continuously carry up to 25-35 pounds of weight both on flat and uneven surfaces and up and down stairs for distances of up to 150 feet. • Our Cook-1s are responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, set-up, clean-up and break down work station.

• Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.

• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.

• Assist all culinary outlets as needed and must be able to work every station in the kitchen with success.

• Partner with Supervisor to achieve all daily challenges. Work flow is highly productive requires minimum training, highly efficient and showing good time management. Assist with development of cook 2/3/4 by showing some guidance in prep and organization, including item counts and other kitchen SOP’s.
