Your role involves maintaining all guest-facing spaces and the pool area at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring a consistently flawless and luxurious journey for residents and their families.
You’ll also prepare, open, and close the pool and guest facing areas, assist with beverage service, and set up and break down sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the day.
Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to create memorable and relaxing moments for our residents and their families.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Tirocinante presso la Pasticceria del nostro Hotel

Sarai responsabile di assistere la brigata nella gestione delle attività quotidiane legate alla Pasticceria nel corso della giornata e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di preparare in anticipo il cibo, le bevande, il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare la propria area di lavoro e preparare i piatti del menù.
Sarai responsabile della comunicazione con gli altri Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, di collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.
Sarai inoltre responsabile del rispetto delle normative HACCP e della corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a 1° Maitre Il Giardino Ristorante per un contratto di sotituzione

Riporterai al Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager e sarai responsabile indirizzare il lavoro degli Chef de Rang, Demichef de rang e dei commis, assicurandoti che abbiano chiare le loro responsabilità e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di gestire la clientela, dall'accoglienza, alle comande, al servizio al tavolo e di tutte le attività quotidiane legate al servizio all’interno del nostro ristorante Il Giardino.
In sinergia con l’F&amp;B Manager e il Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager contribuirai alle strategie di upselling e revenue management, monitorando le performance di vendita.
Sarai inoltre responsabile della gestione di turni, ordini, stock e inventari, del rispetto delle normative HACCP e della corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.

Maintain a watchful and attentive presence across all entrance points, common areas, and the surrounding residential environment, ensuring the safety and privacy of our residents.

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a IT Manager

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
·         Fornire supporto tecnico a colleghi e ospiti, assicurando risoluzione rapida dei problemi.
·         Assicurare conformità a policy, procedure e standard IT del gruppo, collaborando con l’Area IT Manager.
·         Configurare i dispositivi informatici;
·         Coordinare la risoluzione dei ticket aperti;
·         Controllare la corretta esecuzione delle principali attività di gestione della rete (backup, antivirus, aggiornamenti);
·         Verificare l’adeguatezza dei sistemi di sicurezza informatica;
·         Gestisce la tempistica di ogni intervento, organizzando ogni attività con un piano di lavoro;
·         Amministrare degli utenti della rete informatica;
·         Controllare i dispositivi di networking e della centrale telefonica;
·         Coordinare i fornitori di supporto esterno su networking e applicazioni gestionali;
·         Gestione del budget del reparto IT;

Our In Room Dining Waiters are responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.


Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific food  or beverage items, serving off menu requests, pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms and even special events. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the In-Room Dining Waiters with the support of the management team.
