Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Supporterà l’Head Concierge nella gestione operativa quotidiana del reparto Concierge

Organizzerà prenotazioni presso ristoranti, eventi, trasporti, attività culturali ed esperienze esclusive
Anticiperà le necessità degli ospiti proponendo soluzioni personalizzate e memorabili
Gestirà richieste speciali e supporterà la risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problematiche
Svilupperà e manterrà solide relazioni con partner locali, fornitori e realtà del territorio
Si manterrà costantemente aggiornato/a sugli eventi cittadini, sul panorama luxury lifestyle e sulle nuove esperienze presenti in città
Collaborerà attivamente con Front Office, Guest Relations, F&amp;B, Housekeeping e tutti i reparti operativi

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e una corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà le figure incaricate della gestione del rango (Chef de Rang), collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel e con attenzione al dettaglio
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace
Garantirà la pulizia costante delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne

·         You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our culinary team. Our Sous Chef tracks the kitchen’s inventory, places orders, monitors equipment maintenance and condition, and ensures that a kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes during their day. This will include food production, preparation, plating and garnishing to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
·         You’ll also have the ability to cook and cover any service and must be flexible to the operation schedule.
·         Our Sous Chefs are the Artists of our hotel! Entrusted with the delegation of main kitchen line management and technical food production implementing direction of Executive Chef.

Performing special duties as requires such as acknowledging dietary restrictions and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by or with assistance of Sous Chefs.
·         Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Sous Chef are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day.  Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Ability to perform cutting skills on work surfaces, topped with cutting boards, 3 to 4 feet in height (kitchen, pastry kitchen, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Most work tasks are performed indoors.  Temperature generally is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures.

As an employee, you are expected to provide our guests with a bespoke and memorable experience measured to the highest standards of food quality and service delivery. Additionally the execution of your position will be in accordance to our company policies, standards and procedures.  

Experience: 5+ years of providing executive-level administrative support or equivalent corporate experience. 
Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with expense/travel systems (e.g., Concur, Workday) is highly preferred. 
Discretion: Absolute reliability and professional discretion when handling sensitive, publicly traded, or confidential information. 
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high adaptability to dynamic environments, and the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. 
Answers, directs, and assists telephone callers in the Executive Office – primary responsibility to General Manager; Secondary Executive Office – Hotel Manager and Dir of Food &amp; Beverage.

They assist in interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and addressing complaints and resolving problems during their day. This will include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. They oversee and assist in coordinating special events. They resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments during their day all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. The will assist to manage all month end financial requirements such as trial balance, accruals, check book maintenance and P&amp;L variance critiques. They attend all labor and revenue meetings.
· Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, seating preferences and even special occasions. Our Assistant General Managers are responsible for leading and managing their team to ensure these requests are appropriately fulfilled.  In addition, we ensure our Assistant General Managers  can respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant guest complaints. We encourage guest feedback and inquires.
·Our Assistant General Managers follow through on all guest comments, complaints and other forms of communication. They evaluate  customer communication channels to create action plans and other required follow ups. They develop and implement viable marketing strategies and programs for increased sales of F &amp; B, in partnership with Sales and Marketing
·Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Assistant General Managers are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct. They exercise independent judgment with respect to matters involving both Guest and team member matters.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Assistant General Managers must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. They work hands-on with the culinary and stewarding teams while communicating requests and concerns to drive problem solving and resolution.
