To assist in managing the Equestrian department and team members to provide the highest level of care and presentation of the horses and unprecedented service levels to our clients
To be a driving force in delivering an Equestrian establishment with the best reputation in the hotel and equine industries with loyal clients who book regularly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Stable Duties –Managing horses daily routine, feed and exercise to keep them fit and well schooled for guests to ride safely.
Managing horses shoeing, worming, saddlery, dentistry and veterinary requirements. 
Carry out daily tasks including feed, hay, muck out, turn out, groom, bandage, keep the stable, horses and all equipment looking immaculate at all times.
Guest Interaction – Dealing with enquiries, bookings and requests from internal and external guests in a timely and appropriate manner.
Fitting guests with safety equipment before riding, keeping safety equipment in accordance with best practice guidelines (replacing when worn/unsafe) looking clean and organised in lockers at all times.
Teaching guests of the hotel and local clients on our ponies and horses with knowledge, enthusiasm and care for safety at all times.
Managing daily horse allocations for teaching, ensuring well being of horses and safety of guests maintained as a priority.
People:  - Mobilize&amp; inspire team members &amp; supervisors to build a high performing team in order to achieve business goals &amp; service standards
Mentor, train &amp; coach team members
Manage shift coverage, work load &amp; resource distribution within &amp; across teams
Interviewing, hiring, induction &amp; succession planning of staff 
Identify training needs, design &amp;  track training for department
Monitor &amp; evaluate team performance
Admin
Assist the Equestrian Manager with contacting guests to book and reconfirm rides
Assist with the management of the individual horse/pony files and ensuring they are all up to date on a regular basis
Daily management of the yard and assigning tasks to team members
Assisting the Equestrian Manager with the orders, farrier, vet booking
Assist to source further horses/ponies  for loan/lease/purchase as business levels require and subject to budget allowances
Health &amp; Safety
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date – 1st Aid, Child Protection, CRB checks
Review and update departmental risk assessments including monthly area assessment forms
Check tack and equipment weekly for faults and action where necessary
Review SOP’s and facilitate ongoing training for team members as necessary
Ensuring all guests complete disclaimers before riding
Ensuring accident report forms are completed accurately, signed by casualty and submitted to Security in timely manner&lt;br /&gt;

HACCAP – To follow the day to day procedures including; Diligence, food labelling, weekly deep clean of your section   
Plan the day to day running of all sections of each kitchen (banqueting, breakfast, room service, and staff food) effectively to meet the service standards.
To control the operating costs within all the food outlets to the agreed budgets set.
Carry out quality checks on stock, produce and dishes along with offering training, and understanding of the products to keep the team focussed and allowing them to evolve as chefs.
To be able to run, look after and make decisions in the operation during the absence of senior chefs
Attend and run meetings as and when required, including the daily hotel briefing and the BEO meeting.
Help to plan and create menu designs
Ensure the daily food orders are processed accurately in to the system&lt;br /&gt;

Our Food &amp; Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each. 
During their programme, our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us.
Throughout the 12 months, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us.

You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
You’ll also have the opportunity to work in different departments, experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements, working towards supervisor level
