·         You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our culinary team. Our Sous Chef tracks the kitchen’s inventory, places orders, monitors equipment maintenance and condition, and ensures that a kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes during their day. This will include food production, preparation, plating and garnishing to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
·         You’ll also have the ability to cook and cover any service and must be flexible to the operation schedule.
·         Our Sous Chefs are the Artists of our hotel! Entrusted with the delegation of main kitchen line management and technical food production implementing direction of Executive Chef.

·         Sometimes our guests have special requests involving the planning and development of menus and recipes, ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of a consistent level for all food items prepared through production and demonstration, utilizing creative menu planning to minimize waste. Performing special duties as requires such as acknowledging dietary restrictions and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by or with assistance of Sous Chefs.
·         Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Sous Chef are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.
·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day.  Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Ability to perform cutting skills on work surfaces, topped with cutting boards, 3 to 4 feet in height (kitchen, pastry kitchen, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Most work tasks are performed indoors.  Temperature generally is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures. 
·         Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.

Our Bar Porter also assist with weekly inventory by keeping track of what is needed and assisting putting inventory away upon delivery. Bar Porter are essential to the framework for cultivating relationships with all our guests, including recognizing all in-house and VIP guests all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. 
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink and garnish preferences, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Bar Porters. 
Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Bar Porter are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct. 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to  talk, and hear.  The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.  Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

A day in the life of our Senior Accounting Manager demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike. Listing all of the tasks that our Senior Accounting Manager accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

SUMMARY:  The Senior Accounting Manager directly supervises: Income Auditor and the General Cashier

•  Partner with the Hotel Controller, senior financial leadership, and hotel management to align operational needs with financial requirements

•  In partnership with senior finance leaders, ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and complete as required by senior corporate office and owners (to DSL and DGL)

• Help instill and ensure a strong internal control environment that protects the assets and resources of our organization. Provide all stakeholders timely and accurate financial statements.

• Support the Hotel Controller to satisfy other governmental reporting requirements

• Partner with the Hotel Controller, senior finance leaders and hotel operations to ensure that they continually perform to expectations, managing payroll cost and expense with a focus on guest centric initiatives and guest satisfaction

• Help lead and drive the Monthly P&amp;L and Financial Statement preparation (monthly standard journal entries and correcting entries), in partnership with the Hotel Controller and senior finance leaders

• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner and review with the Hotel Controller

• Support the Hotel Controller and Director of Finance during the Annual audits including financial audit, 401K audit and any others that may arise in the course of business from tax authorities

• Monthly reconciliation of the capital purchases, approved projects in progress, and future planning for projects to come

• Support the Hotel Controller with Quarterly/Annual reporting to United States Census Bureau and Bureau of Economic Analysis

• Support the Hotel Controller with the monthly, quarterly and annual filings

• Verify the accuracy and quantity of work produced on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for all areas of accounting.

En tant que Chargé(e) des approvisionnements et des stocks, vous aurez pour missions principales:
Vous répondez aux demandes des services

Avec l’aide des demandes d’achats (approuvés par la Direction), pour les articles non stockés, vous effectuez la recherche de fournisseurs.
Vous suivez le bon déroulement des engagements pris de part et d’autre.
Vous contrôlez les résultats, les comparez aux objectifs et établissez si besoin les actions correctives à engager avec le N+1.
Vous assurez la liaison avec les services demandeurs
Vous établissez le programme d’approvisionnement des stocks.
Vous effectuez le suivi des stocks des articles stratégiques et contrôle.
Passation de commandes d’achats récurrents ou de faibles valeur
Passation des commandes importantes en accord avec le Chef Sommelier
Création des nouveaux articles dans les logiciels
Vous vous assurez de la propreté des lieux de stockage

Vous serez responsable de mettre à jour le Daily et le Handover et distribuez l’information aux services concernés selon les procédures/Check-list.
Vous:
Assurez la mise à jour des informations clients afin d’assurer une data base fiable et exploitable à tout moment.
Contrôlez la facturation de chaque client, contrôlez des nouvelles réservations et des OTA tout particulièrement.
Personnalisez votre interaction avec le client.
De plus, vous:
Gérez les devises (achats/ventes)
Comptabilisez les écritures de caisse
Traitez les dépenses cash (frais maison) chaque semaine
Vous serez responsable de gérez les mails clients du Front Office .

Lors de vos 6 mois au poste de Gouvernant(e):

Vous apprenez le métier opérationnel, le management pour devenir un expert dans l'art de l'accueil et de l'entretien :
Vous connaîtrez le travail des femmes et des valets de chambre et les accompagnez dans leur quotidien.
Vous apprendrez la gestion de la lingerie.
Vous apprendrez comment produire une décoration florale et la mise en place en chambre.
Vous travaillerez avec tous les services de l'hôtel.
Vous aiderez les gouvernants dans leurs tâches quotidienne : Répartition, gestion et contrôle du travail.

• Our Pastry Sous Chefs are responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in planning of food budgets and forecasts pertaining to the Pastry Kitchen.  They assist in scheduling and coordinating the work of cooks to ensure that food preparation is on time and within budget.

• In addition, they will interview, train, supervise, coach, council and discipline all employees in the department in conjunction with HR and the Executive Pastry Chef.

• They will produce all pastry goods from scratch as required by the menu and design and develop detailed food specifications, maintain established food par levels and accurate paperwork for inventory, uphold departmental standards of quality and timing for delivery and train cooks in relevant aspects of pastry during their day.

• Additional duties will include carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Our Pastry Sous Chefs will also plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and disciplining address complaints and resolve problems.

• Our Pastry Sous Chefs will be fully in charge or production and ordering and managing amenity needs. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance internally and with the State.

• Keep management informed of excess food items that need to be utilized. They will safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools, equipment, appliances to prepare baked goods.

• They will follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene. They will check to ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management.

• The Pastry  Sous Chefs will also perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Our Assistant General Managers are responsible for overseeing and assisting in the management of all daily operations during their day. This will include cultivating relationships with all our guests, including recognizing all in-house and VIP guests. In addition, they build relationships with all employees as they will be directly managing our Restaurant and Bar team.
Our Assistant General Managers ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.  They are responsible for assisting with the planning, organization, direction of the operations and supervision of staff. They assist in interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and addressing complaints and resolving problems during their day. This will include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. They oversee and assist in coordinating special events. They resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments during their day all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. The will assist to manage all month end financial requirements such as trial balance, accruals, check book maintenance and P&amp;L variance critiques. They attend all labor and revenue meetings.
· Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, seating preferences and even special occasions. Our Assistant General Managers are responsible for leading and managing their team to ensure these requests are appropriately fulfilled.  In addition, we ensure our Assistant General Managers  can respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant guest complaints. ·Our Assistant General Managers follow through on all guest comments, complaints and other forms of communication. They evaluate  customer communication channels to create action plans and other required follow ups. They develop and implement viable marketing strategies and programs for increased sales of F &amp; B, in partnership with Sales and Marketing

They exercise independent judgment with respect to matters involving both Guest and team member matters.
