The Head of Group &amp; Event Planning is responsible for leading the Events department at The Dorchester, ensuring the successful delivery of all group, corporate, social and special occasion events while driving commercial performance, exceptional guest experiences and team development.
Working closely with the Director of Events, the role provides day-to-day leadership of the Events team, including Event Managers and Event Executives, ensuring the department consistently achieves revenue targets, delivers exceptional service standards and maintains operational excellence.
The Head of Group &amp; Event Planning will play a key role in developing proactive social sales strategies, growing market share within the luxury events sector and building strong relationships with key clients, planners and industry partners. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability and operational expertise to position The Dorchester as a market-leading luxury events destination.

Sarai responsabile di accogliere gli/le ospiti nei nostri Outlet nel corso della giornata e di assicurarti che ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di supportare i colleghi e le colleghe nelle operazioni del reparto, nel prendere le prenotazioni, uniformandoti alle istruzioni ricevute dal/la Responsabile del reparto in termini di pricing e di assicurarti che il passaggio di consegne al turno successivo sia eseguito secondo le procedure in atto;

I tirocini curriculari (previsti dal piano di studi e obbligatori per il conseguimento di una certificazione da parte della scuola o università di riferimento) non sono retribuiti.

Manage room allocation for the evening room attendant
Managing the workload for the evening house porter and ensuring all his tasks are completed 
Closing Jobs in the system ( Nexus), allocations removal and setting up for the morning shift
Preparing the floor supervisor task list with all the statuses and room requests
Follow up on Nexus cases
Carry out administrative task such as handover preparation for the Morning Office Coordinator
Dealing with guest phone calls and queries
Ensure frequent communication with the Front Office Coordinator in regards to room allocation, departures, priority rooms and out of service/ out of order rooms.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà lo Chef de Rang nella gestione del rango, collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace
Garantirà la pulizia costante delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne

To assist in managing the Equestrian department and team members to provide the highest level of care and presentation of the horses and unprecedented service levels to our clients
To be a driving force in delivering an Equestrian establishment with the best reputation in the hotel and equine industries with loyal clients who book regularly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Stable Duties –Managing horses daily routine, feed and exercise to keep them fit and well schooled for guests to ride safely.
Managing horses shoeing, worming, saddlery, dentistry and veterinary requirements. 
Carry out daily tasks including feed, hay, muck out, turn out, groom, bandage, keep the stable, horses and all equipment looking immaculate at all times.
Guest Interaction – Dealing with enquiries, bookings and requests from internal and external guests in a timely and appropriate manner.
Fitting guests with safety equipment before riding, keeping safety equipment in accordance with best practice guidelines (replacing when worn/unsafe) looking clean and organised in lockers at all times.
Teaching guests of the hotel and local clients on our ponies and horses with knowledge, enthusiasm and care for safety at all times.
Managing daily horse allocations for teaching, ensuring well being of horses and safety of guests maintained as a priority.
People:  - Mobilize&amp; inspire team members &amp; supervisors to build a high performing team in order to achieve business goals &amp; service standards
Mentor, train &amp; coach team members
Manage shift coverage, work load &amp; resource distribution within &amp; across teams
Interviewing, hiring, induction &amp; succession planning of staff 
Identify training needs, design &amp;  track training for department
Monitor &amp; evaluate team performance
Admin
Assist the Equestrian Manager with contacting guests to book and reconfirm rides
Assist with the management of the individual horse/pony files and ensuring they are all up to date on a regular basis
Daily management of the yard and assigning tasks to team members
Assisting the Equestrian Manager with the orders, farrier, vet booking
Assist to source further horses/ponies  for loan/lease/purchase as business levels require and subject to budget allowances
Health &amp; Safety
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date – 1st Aid, Child Protection, CRB checks
Review and update departmental risk assessments including monthly area assessment forms
Check tack and equipment weekly for faults and action where necessary
Review SOP’s and facilitate ongoing training for team members as necessary
Ensuring all guests complete disclaimers before riding
Ensuring accident report forms are completed accurately, signed by casualty and submitted to Security in timely manner&lt;br /&gt;

The Global Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Dorchester Collection’s Creative function, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, collaboratively and to the exceptional standards expected of one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands.
Acting as the operational backbone of the Creative team, you will establish clear ways of working, manage project delivery, and coordinate internal teams, hotels, agencies and external partners from initial brief through to final delivery. You will bring structure, accountability and clarity to a fast-paced environment, creating the conditions for creativity to thrive while ensuring projects remain on time, on budget and aligned with business priorities.
Working closely with colleagues across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, you will create seamless project delivery across multiple workstreams while continually improving how the team operates.
Key responsibilities may include:
Own the day-to-day operational management of the Creative team, ensuring projects are planned, prioritised and delivered effectively.
Manage incoming creative briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, priorities are agreed and stakeholders are aligned before work begins.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.
Lead weekly project and production meetings, tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring clear accountability across all live projects.
Manage team capacity, resource planning and workflow across designers, copywriters, freelancers and external creative partners.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, ensuring teams remain aligned from brief through to completion.
Build trusted relationships with our hotels, corporate teams, agencies and suppliers, establishing clear expectations, timelines and ways of working.
Establish and maintain project governance, briefing processes, approvals and operational standards that improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across the Creative team.
Ensure projects are completed on time, meet agreed objectives and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, tools and operational efficiency, helping evolve the Creative function and supporting the wider Global Marketing team.
Work with Click Up, Dorchester Collection’s tool of choice to innovate and enable ease of use across the business

You will be responsible for efficiently bringing dishes from the kitchen to the designated front-of-house area. This includes ensuring dishes are clean and presentable before they are taken to guests, making sure that all serving equipment is polished and prepared before service begins, preparing tea and coffee according to each guest’s preferences, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
When serving dishes with special requirements, you will clearly label the dish and ensure that it is delivered to the correct table, and notify the Head Waiter that a special dish is on the tray to ensure proper handling.
You will set up the tables and prepare the equipment before the restaurant opens, along with completing the closing duties at the end of the day such as cleaning tables, storing equipment, and resetting the dining area.
You will need to thoroughly learn the menu to answer guests’ questions and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages

This includes mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Commis di Sala per il Ristorante Acanto, che rappresenta l’eccellenza gastronomica dell’hotel, distinguendosi per uno stile raffinato e contemporaneo.
Svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nel supportare il servizio in sala, garantendo un’esperienza elegante, attenta e curata per ogni ospite, in linea con gli standard della nostra struttura.
Contribuirà in modo attivo al lavoro di squadra, dimostrando precisione, spirito collaborativo e una costante voglia di apprendere.
Saprà accogliere gli ospiti con empatia e gentilezza, dimostrando cura in ogni dettaglio e contribuendo a creare un ambiente armonioso che favorisce il corretto svolgimento del servizio quotidiano.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e una corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà le figure incaricate della gestione del rango (Chef de Rang), collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel e con attenzione al dettaglio
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace
Garantirà la pulizia costante delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure interne
Favorirà un clima di collaborazione con tutto il team, contribuendo a un ambiente positivo, professionale e orientato al lavoro di squadra

As the Global Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for owning the digital estate and conversion journey across Dorchester Collection, ensuring the website, booking engine, and digital touchpoints deliver a seamless luxury experience that converts.. In this role, you will:
Define and execute website strategy across all property and collection-level sites, balancing brand experience with commercial performance
Own SEO strategy: technical SEO, content optimisation, and search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search
Manage the booking engine experience and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), working with web developers, IT and third-party partners
Oversee the e-shop strategy and digital retail experience
Lead CMS governance: templates, standards, publishing workflows, and content architecture
Own the development roadmap: prioritise enhancements, manage technical debt, and coordinate with developers and agencies
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, accessibility, and technical performance
Define measurement frameworks for digital experience (conversion funnels, UX metrics, engagement)
Partner with hotel marketing teams to ensure property-level content is on-brand and optimised

As the Global Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the performance marketing and revenue growth across the Dorchester Collection portfolio., driving measurable commercial returns through paid media, CRM and data-driven campaign strategy. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, with full accountability for direct revenue targets and ROAS
Own the CRM strategy: lifecycle programmes, personalisation frameworks, audience development, and revenue attribution
Lead campaign planning from brief through execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities
Manage agency relationships: briefing, performance reviews, budget allocation, and contract negotiations
Own analytics and reporting: define KPIs, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions
Manage performance marketing budget with clear revenue accountability
Partner with hotel commercial teams to align activity with property-level objectives and promotional calendars
Identify opportunities for growth through new channels, audiences, and testing frameworks
