Your role involves maintaining all guest-facing spaces and the pool area at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring a consistently flawless and luxurious journey for residents and their families.
You’ll also prepare, open, and close the pool and guest facing areas, assist with beverage service, and set up and break down sun loungers, maintaining immaculate cleanliness, presentation, and comfort throughout the day.
Though skillfully trained in operational excellence, you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility, to create memorable and relaxing moments for our residents and their families.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Supporterà l’Head Concierge nella gestione operativa quotidiana del reparto Concierge
Costruirà relazioni solide con gli ospiti offrendo assistenza personalizzata durante tutto il soggiorno
Organizzerà prenotazioni presso ristoranti, eventi, trasporti, attività culturali ed esperienze esclusive
Anticiperà le necessità degli ospiti proponendo soluzioni personalizzate e memorabili
Gestirà richieste speciali e supporterà la risoluzione tempestiva di eventuali problematiche
Svilupperà e manterrà solide relazioni con partner locali, fornitori e realtà del territorio
Si manterrà costantemente aggiornato/a sugli eventi cittadini, sul panorama luxury lifestyle e sulle nuove esperienze presenti in città
Collaborerà attivamente con Front Office, Guest Relations, F&amp;B, Housekeeping e tutti i reparti operativi

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Tirocinante presso la Pasticceria del nostro Hotel

Sarai responsabile di assistere la brigata nella gestione delle attività quotidiane legate alla Pasticceria nel corso della giornata e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di preparare in anticipo il cibo, le bevande, il materiale e l’equipaggiamento necessario per il servizio, pulire e riassettare la propria area di lavoro e preparare i piatti del menù.
Sarai responsabile della comunicazione con gli altri Outlet F&amp;B, e ove necessario, di collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a 1° Maitre Il Giardino Ristorante per un contratto di sotituzione

Riporterai al Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager e sarai responsabile indirizzare il lavoro degli Chef de Rang, Demichef de rang e dei commis, assicurandoti che abbiano chiare le loro responsabilità e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
Ti occuperai di gestire la clientela, dall'accoglienza, alle comande, al servizio al tavolo e di tutte le attività quotidiane legate al servizio all’interno del nostro ristorante Il Giardino.
In sinergia con l’F&amp;B Manager e il Restaurant &amp; Bar Manager contribuirai alle strategie di upselling e revenue management, monitorando le performance di vendita.
Sarai inoltre responsabile della gestione di turni, ordini, stock e inventari, del rispetto delle normative HACCP e della corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
Allestirà e riordinerà la sala, garantendo ordine, pulizia e una corretta disposizione di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il servizio
Supporterà le figure incaricate della gestione del rango (Chef de Rang), collaborando attivamente durante tutte le fasi del servizio per assicurare un’esperienza fluida e curata per gli ospiti
Effettuerà il servizio al tavolo nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell’hotel e con attenzione al dettaglio
Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione del back office e della preparazione degli ordini in coordinamento con la cucina, assicurando un flusso operativo efficace

En tant que Chargé(e) des approvisionnements et des stocks, vous aurez pour missions principales:
Vous répondez aux demandes des services
Vous contrôles les stocks
Vous limitez les écarts
Vous entrez les produits en stocks
Vous établissez les sorties informatiques
Vous participez à l’élaboration des stratégies d’approvisionnement et d’achat
Vous êtes responsable de leurs mises en application
Vous assurez le maintien à niveau acceptable de tous les articles en stock.
Vous surveillez constamment les conditions d’usage et du marché et recommandez les marchandises nécessaires pour maintenir les stocks dans des conditions optimales et à des niveaux logiques.
Avec l’aide des demandes d’achats (approuvés par la Direction), pour les articles non stockés, vous effectuez la recherche de fournisseurs.
Vous suivez le bon déroulement des engagements pris de part et d’autre.
Vous contrôlez les résultats, les comparez aux objectifs et établissez si besoin les actions correctives à engager avec le N+1.
Vous assurez la liaison avec les services demandeurs
Vous établissez le programme d’approvisionnement des stocks.
Vous effectuez le suivi des stocks des articles stratégiques et contrôle.
Passation de commandes d’achats récurrents ou de faibles valeur
Passation des commandes importantes en accord avec le Chef Sommelier
Création des nouveaux articles dans les logiciels
Vous vous assurez de la propreté des lieux de stockage
Rangement et classification des bouteilles

Lors de vos 6 mois au poste de Réceptionniste administratif: 
Vous serez responsable de mettre à jour le Daily et le Handover et distribuez l’information aux services concernés selon les procédures/Check-list.
Vous:
Assurez la mise à jour des informations clients afin d’assurer une data base fiable et exploitable à tout moment.
Contrôlez la facturation de chaque client, contrôlez des nouvelles réservations et des OTA tout particulièrement.
Personnalisez votre interaction avec le client.
De plus, vous:
Gérez les devises (achats/ventes)
Comptabilisez les écritures de caisse
Traitez les dépenses cash (frais maison) chaque semaine
Vous serez responsable de gérez les mails clients du Front Office .

Lors de vos 6 mois au poste de Gouvernant(e):

Vous apprenez le métier opérationnel, le management pour devenir un expert dans l'art de l'accueil et de l'entretien :
Vous connaîtrez le travail des femmes et des valets de chambre et les accompagnez dans leur quotidien.
Vous apprendrez la gestion de la lingerie.
Vous apprendrez comment produire une décoration florale et la mise en place en chambre.
Vous travaillerez avec tous les services de l'hôtel.
Vous aiderez les gouvernants dans leurs tâches quotidienne : Répartition, gestion et contrôle du travail.

Principali responsabilità e mansioni:
·         Fornire supporto tecnico a colleghi e ospiti, assicurando risoluzione rapida dei problemi.
·         Assicurare conformità a policy, procedure e standard IT del gruppo, collaborando con l’Area IT Manager.
·         Configurare i dispositivi informatici;
·         Coordinare la risoluzione dei ticket aperti;
·         Controllare la corretta esecuzione delle principali attività di gestione della rete (backup, antivirus, aggiornamenti);

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all People &amp; Culture operations for the Residences at OPJ and AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ensuring the function operates with strategic intent, operational excellence, and full alignment to Dorchester Collection standards. This role plays a critical part in delivering a colleague experience that directly supports our guest‑centric and resident‑centric culture.
You will provide day‑to‑day support to the Residences team while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the Residences. You will ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, taking ownership of governance, risk management, and employment frameworks.
You will lead and oversee all labour administration processes, including work permits, visas, Emirates IDs, renewals, and mandatory government training certifications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for all employment‑related documentation and statutory requirements within the Residences.

You will act as a coach and advisor to leaders and colleagues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and career development, always balancing fairness, empathy, and business needs. You will support performance reviews and development planning, ensuring consistent execution and meaningful outcomes.
You will lead employee engagement initiatives, internal communications strategies, and colleague events, fostering a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the brand vision. You will also oversee People &amp; Culture training systems and platforms, ensuring colleagues have the skills, tools, and frameworks required to perform at the highest level.
This is a hands-on People &amp; Culture role embedded within the Residences; you will be the sole HR presence for the teams, owning the full people journey and day-to-day employee relations.

Partner closely with the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day delivery of all housekeeping operations across residential units, common areas, and amenity spaces, stepping in as the operational lead in their absence.
