As a Creative Planner Supervisor you will receive compensation of $28.44 per hour.
What you'll do
A day in the life of our Creative Planner… demands high levels of energy and requires someone who really enjoy creating new experiences. The need for consistency and creativity to tackle daily adventures. You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
· You will be responsible for recognizing memorable events for all guests during their day. This will include actioning guests requests, especially those celebrating special occasions, turning a clue into a special moment and capturing content gathered through Nexus and Researching, turning them into legendry stories to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
· Oversees Researchers and Curator.
· Seeks networking opportunities internally and externally.
· Own elevation of creative amenities & gifts inventory, working closely within set budget.
· Responsible for sourcing concept inspiration.
· Influences the Research team to ensure NEXUS data quality & usage ensuring guest profiles meet scorecard measurements including but not limited to high level bio, profile notes, preferences, social media, and golden profile.
· Seeks and captures institutional knowledge and inputs it into NEXUS.
· Facilitates ideation sessions. Transforms ideas to concepts.
· Facilities the process for creativity and teaches us how to be resourceful.
· Oversee bespoke recognition stories for submission.
· Create department weekly schedule and manage time off requests with support from Guest Relations Manager.
