You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for supervising general installations and repairs for all kitchen equipment at The Dorchester. This will include reviewing maintenance logs and prioritising tasks; ensuring all work requests are entered into the engineering task management database and closed once completed rightfully, and producing weekly outstanding work request reports for engineering and operations managers.
- You will also assist the Director of Engineering in coordinating the engineering team with any kitchen related request throughout the day, as well as Hotel’s technicians and contractor work’s work quantity and quality to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
