Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant
  • You will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to outstanding Wagyu steaks
  • Together with the Junior Sous Chef or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs
  • As a Senior Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team members.

Qualifications and Desirables

  • Hotel or Restaurant background
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
    • Equivalent work experience in a 5-star luxury environment
  • Knowledge on other cooking styles and techniques
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • The right to work in the UK
