As a Cafeteria Cook Attendant your compensation will be $22.89 per hour.

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

You will be responsible for maintaining food storage and handling procedures, maintain food quality and nutritional standards. As well as perform technical culinary food production, portion control, and service standards with the goal of following the production schedule and daily menus. 

·         As well you will be transporting food to and from main kitchen to cafeteria. Storing food in designated areas. Perform basic food preparation to include: washing, peeling and cutting.

·         Cooks foodstuff in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Cooks or assembles food to order where applicable. Portions, dishes and serves plates along cafeteria line.

·         Cleans work areas including, equipment and utensils, segregate garbage. Set-up and break down shift cafeteria line.

·         Responsible for the cleanliness, clearing and bussing of dining areas to include tables and chairs.

·         Promote positive atmosphere of staff appreciation and morale.

·         While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.  The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
