Position Overview

Our Accounts Payable Assistant are responsible for  coding and posting invoices on ADACO and GPD (food, beverage, consumables, operating equipment and miscellaneous) during their day. This will include  exporting all invoices from ADACO and integrating into GP dynamics, liaise with suppliers in regards to credits and invoices, raising payments and updating invoices, and supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in the update and refinement of SOP’s all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

A day in the life of our Accounts Payable Assistant demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the contributions that our Accounts payable Assistant accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.  

  • Our Accounts Payable Assistant are responsible for  coding and posting invoices on ADACO and GPD (food, beverage, consumables, operating equipment and miscellaneous) during their day. This will include  exporting all invoices from ADACO and integrating into GP dynamics, liaise with suppliers in regards to credits and invoices, raising payments and updating invoices, and supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in the update and refinement of SOP’s all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving paying a supplier faster, turning around a supplier query in less than 24hrs, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Accounts payable Assistant.
  • Our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.  The purpose of Accounts payable Assistant is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy. 
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Accounts payable Assistant must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
  • All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.  

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Accounts payable Assistant are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel.
