You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for overseeing Associate Accommodation facilities, ensuring their smooth operation, maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in all public areas, to ensure our colleagues receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also ensure prompt submission of maintenance requests for any necessary repairs and maintenance in the accommodation, and diligently follow up on pending requests.

• You will also be required to perform housekeeping duties to uphold facility cleanliness and also capable of conducting maintenance tasks such as painting and plumbing as needed. Regularly inspect the accommodation to ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience as an attendant in a hotel, preferably in a luxury setting, with exposure to Engineering. They should possess a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures related to health and safety, cleanliness practices, waste management, etc.
• The role requires the ability to engage in physical tasks, including transporting objects and enduring various movements throughout the work areas. Previous background in the general maintenance and upkeep of a building is preferred.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
